That is it for now. Hopefully people will get some guidance just from looking at some of these. More later I am sure.

that is so sick, it looks like you have invested lots of time and money into ON3P. what does ON3P stand for?

Just a quick question iggy, do you usually cut your core before or after layup? I noticed in some of your pictures you had your core cut out and a groove cut into the core for your edges. I always thought most people cut their base out before hand and cut the rest out after the layup. we cut our core ahead of time and we thought it would have been easier to wait until after layup.

I cut the cores to shape before lay up.

You do not have to do this. I do because it allows me to put in the edge recess along the side of the core to help make sure the bases are flat.

It is more work for sure, but not too hard. Just a template and a router.

I would say that less than half the home builders I know put in an edge recess, so it isn't required. Just an added touch.

So yeah, you can do it either way. I prefer cutting them to shape, some people find it much easier to lay the ski up if you leave the cores a lot wider.

sweet dude... if you guys ever end up makin midget skis, 175ish, and selling them i would be totaly up for supporting you guys.
