ON3P Kartel 96 vs 2019 Line Chronic

What makes the kartels so much better than the chronics? I personally think they are the same, but the chronics are $200 cheaper.

Not dissing line but the on3ps are gonna be way more durable. I haven’t ridden chronic but speaking from experience the Kartels are amazing

How can you personally think they're the same? Different turning radius, different flex patterns, different rocker profiles, etc.

From what others have written and said in reviews/comparisons, I'd expect the kartels to be stiffer and more capable of riding hard all over the mountain. And ON3P has a reputation for bomber durability - my K108s support this so far.

Really curious why you think they’re the same ski.

They’re skis, twin tips, and slippery ??

Fair, well the skis profile is very different along with the flex pattern. Also for durablity, from what I can say, my friend got a pair of this years chronics and they lasted 2 weeks before breaking. Another one of his friends broke his after a month then they snapped. Others have had more luck but they’re definitely not the most durable. I rode a pair of On3p Magnus and they were bomb proof minus edge cracks, which lead to the edge all slowly coming out over riding them like 125 days.
