ON3P Jeronimo with FKS, brake-width question

Jmos are 98mm underfoot.

FKS come in 90mm and 115mm widths :\

Concerned that bending the brakes on the 90s will weaken the metal, or if i don't bend them, if they will deck and be ineffective.

Equally concerned that there will be drag issues if I go with the 115s.

Halp!

Did you bend yours or no?

It's only 4mm short on either side so I'm hoping I won't have to bend, but still have the brakes work properly in case of an eject.

They're actually going on my GF's skis, so I really don't want to fuck it up... I like blowjobs, and would like to continue receiving them on a regular basis ;)

I have stock FKS 155s (75mm brakes) on my Jmos with bent brakes (they work fine and don't seem to have durability issues that I can see), I have stock FKS 180s (90mm brakes) on my FRs (unbent, obviously), here's what they look overlapped, you might have to do some minor tweaking, but they should fit just fine.

Tweak em a little bit for your gf, insert joke here about you both not minding if it's a little tight.

They absolutely do not need to be bent in order to fit the Jmo's. I had the standard 90mm brakes on my Jmo's and they fit fine without bending, or any unwanted contact with ski or sidewall.

The 90mm brakes measure out to be wider than 90mm anyways.

You can make small tweaks to the brake arm just by giving it a tug if you're that concerned. Seriously, it's just a few millimeters though and you'll be fine.

steel can also be bent relatively a lot without becoming brittle and weak, so I especially wouldn't worry about the strength of the brakes being compromised
