On3p Jeffrey Questions.

That depends on what you plan on using them for. I'm 5'8" and I have last years 186s (the only size they made) and they're completely fine for me based on what I do with them (they're my go to powder/fresh snow ski...I live in the east so we don't get a ton of powder, but I do make some trips to Utah and I use them there when I go, I also use them for random all-mountain days). They rip, and I've taken them off some jumps, they're a bit slower spinning, but still a ton of fun. If you're looking for a bc-booter/side-country/all-mountain ski, I'd go with at least 181 and probably greatly consider the 186, in fact if you think you can handle them I'd go with the 186 (unless you want to use them in the park more than anywhere else...)

Depends on your skiing style. I bought the one-off Jeffrey Tour model (186) for ripping Eastern backcountry. I have the Caylors in 181 and (even though their rocker profile is slightly different) they handled tight trees very well. I went bigger partially because I didn't have a choice and partially because I wanted more ski.

I am 5'9" and 175 btw.

I'm the exact same size as you and have the 186. It's perfect. Go 186. 181 with all that rocker is gonna be pretty short for you.

Definitely recommend you go 186, you will not regret it.

Im 6'5, 215 and ride 186 last years. They are at about my forehead (they are about a 189-190 in other brands sizing since they measure true and other brands measure anywhere from 1-4cm short). I use them for everything. Ive never felt like they were too short, the only thing that makes me feel bad about their length is all the people on the internet telling me someone my size should be on a 195 for RESORT skiing. If I wanted a ski that goes far past my head like some of these other kids I would need about a 200-205 anyway which most brands dont even produce.

You would be fine on the 181 or 186. Just depends on if you prefer slightly longer skis or not and how jibby you plan on getting.

I think you would be fine stability wise on both, but the 181 will be a bit easier to throw around in the air. The 186 is going to give you a bit more float and stability, but obviously with an increase in its swing wright.

The difference between the two is very minor, so you will be ok either way you go.

Hope that helps.
