Looking to cop new skis, after looking around I wanna try something new and was looking to hop on the on3p train and try out some jeffrey 96s.

I was wondering if anyone has this pair or any reviews on them? I low key don't really like how the topsheet looks which is kind of throwing me off, does anyone have pictures of it in person? Curious to how these actually look and if they are worth getting or looking for something else.

My friend just bought the airplane ones the 96 lowkey are sick the topsheet Ik some people don’t like it

haha wow, I just realized it was a plane. I thought it was like a building this whole time. I dont mind the graphic so much as I mind the color the 96 come in. Like the 116 color way are cleannnn.. I havent been able to find anyone with a pair of the 96 though so I was hoping to see if the colors look different/better in person

I don’t have a picture but I personally thought they did look better in person the 96

The 2019 or 20 topsheets that were like the red-orange fade to black in the middle was such a better topsheet for the jeffery

I have a pair of Kartel 96’s which are the old version of the jeffrey, and I've got to say i absolutely love them. They rip groomers, are pretty light in the air and super responsive, super maneuverable and easy to ski. Ive only been skiing for a few years since i switched from snowboarding and i feel like these have really elevated my skiing. They’re super fun in the trees and great in pow since they have lots of rocker. Fun to ride switch and really fun on rails and in the park. I live in Newfoundland so we have pretty shit conditions the majority of the time (especially this season) but for an east coast guy, i cant suggest them enough they’re incredible

No one realizes it’s a plane. I have some 102s and it’s been called a church, spaceship, and the Empire State Building. Never called a plane tho

Thats good to hear, yeah im mostly an east coast skier so was a little nervous. Ive been riding 2012 AR7s for the past 9 years and they have been great, still can ski them honestly but just want some type of change to see how I would like a more playful ski.

Also, expect to rip some groomers so good to hear they hold up.

Just got back from a 4 day trip where i was skiing 9 hours a day, skid them non stop and was blown away, so much fun to ski. My top speed was 94km/h for the trip and even going that fast i had a ton of edge grip

Just got my Jeff 108s today. *Pushes glasses up*

The plane is a North American B-25 Mitchell (C variant I believe), one of the best medium bombers ever imo. One of the old Jeff/kartel models has a bunch of B-52s on it which makes me rock hard.

The shop guys told me the cities on each Jeffrey width are different, the 108s being Portland. Anyone know what the other cities are?

Yeah man you'll love them no matter what. I still think the graphic is sick and as I'm sure you know the skis are unbelievable
