On3p Filthy Rich questions

Hey yall, i've been thinking about On3p's Filthy Riches and how it seems like they're considered "the best park ski ever".

I was just wondering if someone could give any real specific reasons why? A shop nearby has them for sale and i'm thinking about em.

Theyre super durable. Edges are some of the thickest out. They slide rails like butter on a hot knife. They have a well distributed spin weight. The rocker keeps you from catching your tips and helps them ollie, nollie, and manual a good bit. The flex is soft when you want it but snappy when you need. Theyre a great ski.
 
they are ridiculously poppy. and the elliptical sidecut makes carving on groomers quite fun actually. they feel really solid underfoot, but at the same time are smooth on switchups and the rocker adds a little forgiveness on landings. I have enjoyed mine immensely this year and highly recommend them.
 
I know!!!! theyre so stable on rails too. Only thing I dont care for is the rocker with the flex, i just found that i wheelied out a bit more than I liked. Made ollies super fun though

idk how but i orderd these filthy riches and they came with a green bottom, i thought it was last years but they had this years top sheet they turned out to be caylor bases from the looks of it. i like them but thats weird,

 
^ On3p being complete and utter heroes, and the guy with the JMO bases is one lucky bastard, i got the standard red and white, those are sick.

How well do FR's slay groomers? Sometimes I just like to lap park and other days rip groomers. trees, and everything else.
 
I haven't owned a pair but based on the research that I've done on them, they rip. some have said that they feel like directional skis. No chattering. I've noticed that a few people have said they'd rather them than gskis and that they love making carves with them.
 
I skied fr's this past season and blue steels (the predecessor of it) since it was originally released. Coming from a race background i know how to lay a carve, and I can confidently say you will not be disappointed with how well they carve. When I mounted mine up I left the edges untouched for a few runs just so I could really ski them, and boy did they rip. They have a very springy flex, and there is kind of a point in it you will notice where in a turn if you put a lot in it will rebound you out with a big boost of speed. And even after detuning they are still a blast. I rip everywhere no problems and even ski fresh on them form time to time.

How are butters with it? People say they're fine but I really want to know, could you maybe compare it to another ski or so?
