Gonna try to remain unbiased here for the sake of discussion… but I seen this on Reddit today… apparently they’re hired to protect the competition at White Face from Terrorism.

Thoughts on shredding alongside of armed police officers? Remember, Your tax dollars paid for this.

Seems weird because you can't go to jail for breaking the skier responsibility code unless it's blatant and you get someone critically hurt or killed. But yeah let's make people feel more welcome on the hill by arming security guards.

Purgatory bought snowbyks to have police patrol… literally just go to the steeps or trees. I can’t imagine a snowbyk being that nimble in trees or steeps lol
