On pain meds...

So I'm on a ton of pain meds because I screwed up my knee skiing on Saturday. Now I'm out for the rest of the season and maybe even partially next season. Anyways, I could go for a pretty good laugh right about now.

So take a shot and if you make me laugh you'll get +k!
 
really? i have T3s with codeine in them + cyclobenzapine and i don't find things extra funny. just no more back pain....
 
Same, though I havent taken one in over a year now, I just found everything was numb form them, emotions (nothing was funny, sad, maddening, ect) physical pain/pleasure and I even felt my mind was a bit slower on them. getting off them felt so good though!

mm T3s with codeine are quite strong

i wouldn't imagine anything much stronger for a knee injury as T3s are given after most basic surgeries

unless OP was given vicodin which is stronger.
 
or percocets or somethin. i dunno.

my mom just prescribed me these for some back pain and they worked quite nicely.

i have never gotten anything less than vikes, and i usually get a choice of norcos, percs,or both, and some kind of muscle relaxer for surgeries or injuries. who the fuck gets prescribed over the counter(in Canadia) stuff?

Why would anyone accept anything less? all you have to do is tell your doc that the weaker stuff doesnt work for you. I get norcos becuase i tell them i dont like the liver toxicity of the vikes and i would just CWE anyways.
 
well that the thing, different country=different regulation.

T3s are prescription in canada.

 
whatev, if you were on hydromorphone, you wouldnt need funny, youd need someone to convince you that you werent having a three hour long orgasm
 
percocet is oxycodone with tylenol....trash. should have thrown it in the bin. vicodin on the other hand is a quality opiate. maybe its just me but ive learned new tricks on vics, while percs just give me a headache and make me wanna do nothing. the 2 are very diff from my exp.
 
i think its a common perception that all opiates just fuck you up and make u wanna do nothing...and from my exp all the people who like oxycontin(oxycodone) just do it to get fucked up and do nothing. gives opiates a bad rap. oxycodone is absolute trash imo
 
Most medicines have different reactions of different people. Anyways, I don't really care what I take, as long as it gets the job done.

i was talking about canada. I bought some Tylenol w/ codeine at a drug store last time i was in whistler.

Percs make me sick and dizzy. vikes make my very happy and motivated for about an hour, and then its fucking lights out about 2 hours in.
 
swedes hook it up just like austalia! and look how hot their girls are. also economy is doing ok there.

in australia, they prsribe fentanyl patches for dogs with arthritis, cuz dogs have different tolerances. ima move to australia and adopt 50 old dogs.
