On/off hill pants

Looking for some slim pants lined with fleece or something along that lines. I am looking to use them in city, but for warm skiing aswell. Please help if you can.
 
I'd probably just look for softshell pants with a brushed lining. You can layer for just about anything and won't melt the second you go inside either. I have a pair of stingray pants that are probably 6 eyars old that I wear all the time when the weather is shitty. They look nice and they fit well. Sorry, can't help with the skinny fit part but I def recommend softshell pants for wearing off the hill.
 
This is probably not attractive to you but I would just get flannel lined carhartts and spray-waterproof them. I love mine.
 
These are so sick. Used to wear these almost every day in the winters of northern VT when I was in College. Life savers.
