OMG Tanner on Rockstar

It's pretty funny that not long ago Tanner called Red Bull "poison". I wonder what's so different about Rockstar?
 
To be honest, he was always gonna get picked up by one of the other energy drink brands, i was feeling monster though so it was a bit of a surprise.

whatever, that Orange Rockstar Recovery is so good. those are the only energy drinks i ever buy. And nice work Tanner.

Monster is no better than Rockstar. Anything other than Red Bull is pretty sub par I'd say. I really wish Wallisch would get picked up by Red Bull soon though
 
Tanner is a good fit for Rockstar Family in my opinion...along with Sammy C and Willie B and others. Congrats to THall.
 
Don't buy in to the hypocracy that he really thinks Red Bull is poison. The reality is that pro skiers need to be paid. Especially a guy like Tanner. Do you think he's going to sleep in a fucking tent on Hood, Or drive a beat Subaru instead of a nice truck to carry his sled?

This is how the guy has chose to make his living. Sure there is love for skiing. But he's accustomed to living a certain way. If Red Bull had not dropped him he would certainly be happy to keep flying the flag.
 
If i had a choice i'd pick beer over energy drinks. lets be honest, that shit is terrible for you. Hmm maybe ill send a promo to Guiness...
 
I think Joe Schuster is sponsored by Caribou. I think hes the first skier to be really sponsored by a beer company. Correct me if Im wrong.
 
Well I guess he shouldn't have said that Red Bull is poison, considering that nutritionally pretty much all energy drinks are the same. But I guess Rockstar didn't mind too much, they signed him, and I'm sure both parties are more than happy with this arrangement.

I wouldn't think twice about letting an energy drink company pay me money, even though I know it's liquid poison. I probably wouldn't go around saying that it's poison though, might be a bad business move.
 
I mean thats fine, but dont say crap and then weeks later turn around and do the opposite.
 
Sell my soul for Rockstar sponsorship? Yes..... All day I would but I'm also hovering around the poverty level.

But for Tanner to do it? I hope they are paying him a shit ton of money because that stuff is truly poison.
 
Yes, it is Canadian and the beer company spells it "Cariboo". It is the cheap stuff up there in B.C.
