OMG OMG OMG new front pageeee!

i dont care waht anybody says, tight pants look fucking retarded.

this has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that everyone wears baggy pants so that must be the cool thing to do. Skiers have abnormally big boots and jackets and shit, it is only logical that we should wear baggy clothes to offset that.

if skiing goes to tight pants in 2 years, i will officially renounce myself as a skier.

dougs' right soon you'll all be wearing tight pants and those of us who already wear tight pants will have already moved on to just jean shorts with knee high socks.

Yeah, but this is coming from someone who on their profile, says, "Rossignol gave me some shit" but he is skiing K2 and Salomon.

Confused and Amused.

Looks like hes about to go out, just seen this amazing rail on the way to the bar and gone back to get his stuff.

wow you are so right. there really is no logical explanation to wearing tight pants except to have a different style. in no way do the pants have any advantage, it's just a case of "i want to be different so i'll do w/e the fuck i want."

this discussion is over, i win. so are tight pants cool or not? as Derek Taylor from Powder Mag says:

"The best answer is the most obvious, and the one most overlooked: 'Who cares."

i havent even seen it, i have the main forum page my homepage so i dont have to go though the front page

there isnt really a disadvantage to tight pants I either wear a tight pair of jeans or xxl burton snowpants and there is not a real noticeably difference except for the constriction of my ballzack

Well my man, My theory is style befor comfort, Sorry I don't have snow pants, but if you look a little bit closer, you will notice no snow in the shot, except for the take off, thus concluding no need for snow pants. Infact I am wearing the same pants right now as I type this.

Mark this comment as the last comment I will ever post on newschoolers, You took something I worked really hard for, and wrote it all off on the fact of what pants I am wearing, I did not ask for your response, which is why I will take none of it personally, Enjoi your season newschoolers.

seriously all you haters are clueless.

I didnt want to post in these threads cause they dont deserve the bump. Stop freaking out over your own insecurities and grow up. How you feel about pants has nothing to do with skiing. thats as simple as i can say it for you retards.

well while i still will disagree about the style before comfort, i think it's fine to try something new. as i said in my second post, "who cares." as long as your happy, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. im sure you were stoked to be on the front page, and i know i would be too.

but to never post on here again just because some people gave their meaningless opinions about your style is just stupid. maybe it's for some other reason, but seriously, don't never come back on here because of what all these kids (including me) have to say. just judging from the few pics you have in your profile, you're obviously a good skier, and better than a lot of people (again including me) on here. i say if you really love skiing and support the freeskiing movement, you'd stick around here and offer up as much advice, pics, info or w/e you have.

so again, do whatever you want, but don't completely leave the site just because some "haters" shared their opinion. this is an open forum and anyone can say almost anything they want about any topic. someone could start a thread about how I'm so gay and blah, blah, blah, but i'm not gonna care. good look with your season, and i seriously hope you think over your decision

why would he bother continuing to do that when all he gets in return is people like you and others hating on him for straying from the norm and doing things a little differently? it's not worth his time and he certainly doesnt get anything out of it.

good for you max.

thanks for reading my profile. It means a lot coming from someone who has 38 posts.

And I am currently skiing K2, and Armada, but who's keeping track.

I'm assuming you are one of those tight pant rocking emo kids and thats your only comeback. loosen your pants a bit and get the blood flowing so you can stop being such a dick.

he should still do that because even if most of the responses are negative, there are always people who will agree with someone and be like "wow that's pretty cool."

for this particular "debate," i disagree with the look, but i'm sure there are many people who support it, and think it's pretty sweet.

it's like if i posted a picture of my zig-zag beard i just had done. while most people would tell me how gay it looks and what a white cracka i am, my only hope would be that one person thinks to themself "holy shit, that looks dope."

i like it when kids post about new gear they got, or how excited they are about landing a trick, even if it's like a 180. i love to hear about how stoked people are, and love when kids share their experiences about anything. the truth is (and it hurts) that i only have a small group of real friends who i would actually call to hang out and do something. none of these people really do anything unorthodox really, and if they did do something awesome, it would be with me. on NS, i can hear about the crazy things that other kids do, and learn just a little bit about a strangers life. to me it's very interesting.

so while to some Max's leaving would mean nothing, to me it would be a loss of another skier willing to share their opinion and experiences.

(sorry about the length of all my posts, but it's thanksgiving and i'm hungry and waiting to eat)

Your welcome for reading your profile.

And I am hardly a kid. I have seem more trends come and go in skiing and snowboarding than years you are old.

You will be the kid wearing tight pants next season, claiming you have been backing it from day one.

admit it or not.
