Did anyone see ipod trying to give ayuma a fist bump after his run and he just ignored him? haha
Also ipod has the wackest style out of any pipe rider, everything he does looks like absolut shit, even his straight airs.

Was thinking yesterday of how it was mentioned that it was warm so there was nothing they could do. I've never ridden a summer pipe but there are def some places that seem to keep them in good condition. Also ridden some great spring pipes.
And with the amount of people beating on those I'd think the amount hitting the Olympic pipe in a few days is much lower. Idk though.
I wonder if shaun white was like yo this is a great pipe now! Just because he was sitting in first after qualifiers. I bet he wished he hadn't so he could bitch that the pipe ruined it for him.

re: shaun white. idk man i was impressed with how he took the "defeat." ive never been a big fan of his but i think he's really matured, and the poor guy has so much pressure on him

Yeah. I know spring/summer hips get beat out and need to be recut. Pull out the shovels and get that vert back. But I really don't know that much about pipes as I've never built one, and most mountains have gotten rid of there by now.
And yeah I agree. Still not sure though. He seemed a lot better about it but he was still a douche with the slopestyle thing just a few days before. In some ways I feel anything he does is to little to late but I would really like to see him chill out for the last few years of his career and go out on a better note. Would be the best thing for him imo. Maybe if the hype train dies down after this it will be easier? Idk.
