shit..im watching the mens gymnastics right now.

and all i hear from the commentators is about all the mistakes the gymnists make.

even tho the mistakes are clear and visible but about the little ones too.

geez.. so negative.

i want to see the commentators get out there and do it.

one commentator said "The door opened up for him in gold, and he didnt walk thru"

i commentator just said "When you preform you want to do you best and not make any mistakes for the judges to skribble on the paper about a deduction. And he just did so"

"bending your knees when your not suppose too"

"some of these guys i dont know what they are thinking. they need to hold those elements for at least 2 seconds. they get deducted points for not"

once in a while they will say something positive

but the majority of it is negative.

i guess im just over reacting.

but its all i hear and i think its kind of rude.

but oh well.
 
ya i guess there just stating the obvious but ya they were kinda negative during that event. not all the commentators are like that though thankfully
 
i have seen that movie.

dont they deduct points from a girl cuz her bra strap was showing.?

and dont the gymnists like decide the winner of each event by having only one gymnist compete then have all the other scratch and get DQ'd?
 
I hate the reporters. If anyone saw the womens gymnastics last night that Alicia girl fell twice and she was crying and whatnot and the camera was right in her face. And then after wards one of the reporters was like "We're here with Alicia Sacramone who fell in two of her events" and you can just see the girls face drop, and she was about to cry again. Like fuck, cant you just lay off? I'm sure everybody at home can see how she feels, why do you have to remind her? Everybody makes mistakes. Same with when Detorit won the cup the reporters go up to Crosby, "Sidney, how do you feel after 7 months coming 2 games short of winning the Stanley cup?" How the fuck do you think he feels?
 
that's why they're commentators. how much intelligence do you think it takes to narrate a sporting event for a living? just look at Madden. it isn't much.

i guess the reporters want to see them fail. or see them cry.

 
ya i saw that. The girl was trying so hard to hold herself together. I feel bad for the girl who had to answer it to because i mean whats she supposed to say
