ok, so the concept seems simple enough, just lean back, and snap forward. but in practice, i cant seem to do it, be it i dont weigh enough to get proper flex, or that i dont know how to 'pop' forward and get air. anyone wanna help?

I do it without even knowing, I just jump like I normally would on flat ground but use the ski flex to get more air. so do a sort of backseat jump I guess
