Old toys

i was just looking back at some old toys i used to have (legos, gi-joe shit) and then i looked at the lego website now.

and holy shit have they advanced. when i was little, you could pretty much connect 2 bricks to make a wall, and that was it. now they're making like, cities, planes, and all that stuff. if i was younger now, i probably couldn't even figure out how to build all of them.

well, i was too, but my own stuff, now everythings a set, no creativity left in it, if you want something, chances are they have a set for it.

i used to make like, planes, cruise ships, and whole towns and stuff, but i created it all with spare pieces, not sets.

a while ago me and a few other guys were in New york city and we had some time to kill, so we went into toys r us and they have like a huge wall of every lego so u can make stuff. we mades some cool shit, kids today dont have any imagination, so they need the sets.

legos are so sick. I had so many of them. I made so many cities and stuff. Micro machines were dope too.

i used to have so many micro machines, i had these giant war zones spreading across my entire room, with aircraft carriers, submarines, bases, and just huge battlefield areas. they were so much fun, now they'd probably be called "violent toys"

yaaa legos and yaaa volvo

i know what you mean, anything that has a barrel on it is considered violent. Parents are so edgy about shit like that. When i was a kid i was given a pellit gun and told if i shoot myself its my fault so dont come crying to them

i would have these epic battles between the micro machine good guys (regular camo) and the bad guys (dark camo with skull and cross bones on it) that would go on for days. naturally the "good" guys would get all the cool shit and the bad guys would get nothing. man, i had so many good hours playing with those things.

i loved lego, all of the sets me and my brother had ended up mixed together so then we just built other random stuff

micro machines were the shit. I had a big box that looked like a truck and like 1000s inside

I also loved stretch armstrong. He was crazy dope
