Old ski poles.

hey i just found these old ski poles so i took the old handles and baskets off and cut them to size. Then i took the paint off them with some sand paper and sprayed them with primer and then sprayed them black and also put better but still old handles and baskets. After a while decided to experiment with a weird design. So i masked off the handles and baskets and wrapped them in string then gave em a coat of white followed by a few coats of clear and this was my result.

what do you reckon?

Just very simple, white and yellow, and a small black line!

on mine im gonna make some really skinny grips so its easier to grab i can tell you what i did if you want. i think you should consider selling poles because i would believe those are 40$ poles

I've done this before, you're gonna want to spray em with clear coat to protect them from chipping. I mean they'll still chip away after a while but clear coat prevents some.
