Old school tricks

does every one remember when the progression of freestyle skiing was when everyone tried to see who could do the most twisters in a air or the biggest daffy eagle combo? Has all of that gone away becasue i still like doing thoses tricks for test hits on jumps. Who here still does the "oldschool stuff"? adn i really want to see a daffy in teh X-Games
 
well man, the progression has moved on, and if you really believe what you wrote, you're gonna go the way of hammer pants and vanilla ice
 
i like twisters becuase they crack my back. but old school is super fun. after awhile i get sick of doing the same stuff so i toss in some oldschool.
 
yeah i start doing that shit when i get bored. theres nothing funnier than a double twister, spread eagle, cossack on a 50 foot table
 
old school tricks are so fun. somedays me and my friend will be complete idiots and go in the park in speed suits. everyone laughs at us doin spread eagles, daffys, twisters, etc. we just sit there and laugh our asses off at the fact that we can do all the newschool tricks way better than them. doin oldschool stuff is so fun and i think it would be pretty sick if some1 threw in some oldschool in the Xgames
 
hehe coolest oldschhool innovation was my friend. he did a huge spread eagle disaster. he landed on the rail perfect too. haha so great
 
haha thats wicked i have done stuff like that before. Its so fun at the end of the day to see the faces on all the cocky kids that made fun of you through out day when you actually throwdown a sick trick like a styly 7 or 9
 
Pencil steez is where its at. You know what im talkin bout, hotdogging down the mountain and throwin a daffy, daffy, spread
 
last year two of my friends and I dressed like idiots for a comp, and just did all old school the whole time... It was the time of my life
 
I love doin a whole run of just oldschool shit and all the snowboarders laugh their asses off then the next run I will do all the rails with stteze and their like wtf? Idk its just fun and I also like to do oldschool trains with a bunch of kids i love throwen daffy's
 
I saw a guy do a daffy 360 once, it was probably the coolest thing i've ever seen, because at about 90 degrees, he was in full daffy position, and it was pretty BA to see a guy straight sideways in full daffy position
 
bear hug= hardest old school trick ever

you do a backscratcher and you wrap your armsa around your tails and try to bring your hands togethert like you are praying with your tails in your arms
 
It's all about the oldschool!!!!! All day long too... not just when i'm bored or just for a test jump, I throw em in everywhere. The best is the straight pencil over a huge 50 footer. stick with it so it doesn't fade and hopefully we'll see someday we'll see a spread eagle 7. who knows
