i'm no stranger to using old pivots but those look like they've been through hell and back. not worth it

Honestly I'd disassemble them, smear lithium grease on any moving parts, replace the afd with a gripwalk one and switch to a more modern set of brakes keeping the current ones as backups. Replace the springs if you can get a shop to order them for you.
