ehhh thats not THAT old so i dunno... those dates are the sell by date that eh store has to have it off the shelves... i used to work at biggs so i know for a fact. it usually takes a week or more to expire and even then its not gonna kill ya

I bottled some milk in Science class once, left it for a month at room temperature, It turned into

like a sponge & you could see the mould bouncing around inside the btl, And it was the worst smelling shit ever!

 
i did that with grapes and it turned to wine after fermentation :)

ive been delivering the shit for over a year now. you wont get sick man the worst that might happen is youll get a sore stomach which is a normal occurence and bad aftertaste in your mouth. the date on the milk cartons posted is usually about 2 weeks from packaging date but that dont mean nothing. the milk could go bad 3 days later you never know and yet i drink milk thats past date all the time. as long as its been kept refrigerated it will be good for quite a while after the date

im not no vintage milkman like back in the day and it aint no small little milk truck we use either. its a friggin transport and the trailer is filled with milk. we deliver to all the grocery stores and corner stores

im pretty sure if you couldnt taste rotten milk your fine. i drink milk past the date. always do a smell check though.
