Old Look Pivot 15 AFD

I'm missing my AFDs for my Look Pivot 15s.

I went to a shop, and they said no problem and ordered me a pair.

When they arrived, the piece wasn't compatible with my old toe piece.

I just want to repeat Part FC9F006 is not compatible with my old toe piece.

Just making this post to see if anyone has any information on how to replace these.

My friend and I are also thinking about 3D printing the missing AFD, but we would need

the four angles that set the curves of the AFD.

Any help is appreciated.

You can dremel the new version to work with the old style, I’ve done it a bunch of times, takes like 5 minutes.

Any competant shop should be able to do it and have the tools.

The look manual says something like “modify new AFDs to work with older style look 18 toe pieces”, I used a cold chisel and just shaved down the parts that get in the way. If it fits it ships

Yup. Going to. Picking up the parts tomorrow and speaking with my engineer friend about the easiest way to get it done. 3d printing the whole piece is not out of the question still.
