Fall in line sheep!

Im an old head and yes, I am stuck in the past but not one to judge. I also can adapt the new trends into what works for me.

idc the gangster era of skiing will forever be iconic. also hella braindead to shit on tall t considering how many cool projects they have supported over the years

Oh nice another CLASSIC Luke warm, Out of touch, Gen Z "hot take"... All you guys do is sift thru millennial hammy downs in terms of your styles and tastes. Never creating anything new, just picking and choosing what to "revive" next, but never even succeeding in doing so. I gotta know, How's it feel to be the generation that let creativity die?

A lot of dudes that solely follow trends don’t have the self awareness to realize that they overdid it which makes them look ridiculous. Theres lots of sick Saga shit but if you know that the trend is big jacket and you’re 5’5 rockin XXL its not gonna look right.

Modern trendy skiers found out about the fashion “rule of thirds” and based their whole sty around it. Looks dope, but if you overdo it, in 10 years from now your gonna look silly just like the XXXL saga mf. Theres a million ways to dress cool but having reasonable proportions and knowing yourself is the secret to success.

lmao so all you have to change is sizing down a jacket and listen to trap and not rap?

If anything the new style is hesh with baggy pants, its a diy era

honestly the culture back then seemed so much better. You could become legit with hard work and balls, now it’s just whoever’s parents can afford to send them to an airbag. Shits just not the same

You’re just jealous you didn’t live in the era where you could wear goggles with wood grain and dollar bills. I actually had these lol

Original post is stupid (and just bait) but, this take is actually hot garbage. Hating on young people because you think they don't have any creativity is such a boomer ass take. I gotta know, How's it feel to be leaving dumbass comments on the internet hating on young people because you have a chip on your shoulder?

You still can but you need to ski street and backcountry to do it. Or just have some super unique style.

Please, yall can’t even pick out ur own ski pants without consulting this board of “old heads” cuz god forbid ur not “core” out there… ?

I do gotta give Gen Z credit one thing... Thank you for bringing Nu Metal back ???

I was just looking on eBay for a pair of Saga Fatigue pants… shits still cool. If anyone has a good condition pair of L black Fatigues, hit me up. Guess I’m a lame ass ‘old-head’, sucks being in your 30’s lol.

I think they style shifts but what actually looks cool is just standing out there were wallish clones now there’s duram clones, if your wearing something that sticks out it’s sick if it’s fitted or 3xl.

Older generations have always ripped off everyone before them it’s always been that way, dudes in 2014 wore outfits with track pants identical to dudes in 1999, the tall t era was ripping off 90s rappers, if anything the current wave of small DIY companies is way more creative than anything saga ever released. A lot of it looks like dogshit but hey at least it’s different

Idk man, I think Saga definitely had their own lane, whether people like it or not... that's totally out of Saga's control. They didn't let that dictate their whole image tho, they stayed true instead of pandering.

This topic is a lot like the rap scene today. You got 1000 rappers with the same flow, all stemming from a select few pioneer type creatives. They just copy something hot, they get a lil buzz on social media, and that's it... The End! They got their lil tiktok buzz or whatever. It's poser shit yo. I can't tell if these are small clothing brands or large ego trips anymore lmao

You’re not an old head unless you learned on straight skis. Those guys are new schoolers

you have to be braindead from pot consumption to not shit on tall t

As an "old head" I am stoked to see how much the sport has grown/evolved. Do I think the style now is kinda whack? For sure, but I'm confident that "old heads" 15 years ago were saying the same thing about me and my ski buddies. Young guns, keep pushing the sport, style and tricks! if its dope it will stick, if it sucks it will be left in the past with Saga.

tall t supported eat the guts, most of the bunch projects pre interpretation and a bunch of other projects that have been very impactful. not to forget the team they had at some point. been a min since I’ve worn tallt and it’s not really my thing anymore but tall t will forever be sick to me and Paul is the man

Whats the hate on Tall T? The brand is dope, their interview was real asf... ????

I fuck with tall t but tbh their logo is whack af and their vibe makes them seem like they're from late 90's Aurora.

small jacket big parachute pants are also heavily inspired by current fashion trends lol

And one thing I will say is that OP is semi right. Nothing worse than oldheads who actually are stuck in the past. That being said, this new generation will also see themselves become the oldheads, so when that happens just remember that you made this thread when kids start doing the same type of dumb shit that will piss your generation off. Luckily there are a bunch of level headed oldheads in the world like @hi_vis (and others) who can appreciate all generations of skiers.
