whats okemo like, and anyone ski there, coz im gonna go in feburary from England.. i'm gonna have to re-learn pipe again and everything else, snow is right different than weirdo carpets. you have to use edges and everything....

Okemo is a big mountain and has a lot to offer. Their park is good and their pipe probably the best in the New England area. Its lacking in big jumps but has tons of jibs

 
yeah, okemo is a nice mountain.... usually gets a decent park and good snow, but if you're coming all that way to southern vermont you should also visit Stratton and Mount Snow if you have time, all three mountains are within about a half hour's drive of each other and they are all worth visiting.

thats well good, cheers, any park is gonna be better than the one i have really anyway. i have one tiny jump n no rails, but quite a good pipe. means i am well disproportionate in what i can do, like no rails or anything but 900's and corks and get nice height out of pipe + that (although i'm shit at pipe on snow, its a whole different technique). if anyone is gonna be skiing there in feburary, slap me up nearer the time or something.

are my eyes playing tricks on me? okemo is small. and it sucks. its so damn icey. the pipe is over rated and the park is icey and full of tourists.

 
okemo is pretty good for pre season, they got couple good boxes and rails and tables, set like a slopestyle, so it is pretty nice, price to ski there is getting pretty high though

 
price is high? i got a season pass for 300 and when my friends come they print out coupons from the website and get 2 for 1 so its only like 20 bucs. but they have a decent early setup now, its a 20ft kicker to a 20ft down w/option for a 10 ft down to a 50 ft step down to 10ft box to 20 ft box to 25 ft kicker, def a real flowy run

but yes check out stratton and mt snow too but i def prefer okemo
