Okemo

i was at okemo a week ago. they had the strangest park ever. The trail was so steep, there were moguls inbetween the jumps on top, and it seemed to be all stepdown kickers just randomly placed on the hill
 
they actually have a great park setup. A little bit icey, but HUGE jumps, and some great rails.

the park next to the pipe has a step up box, a butterbox, a c box, and this u box thingy.

o ya, they also have a staircase with 2 boxes and a rail...

on the website they have all the setups
 
dude, i dont know where u get the idea the jumps are HUGE, they are all pretty small to medium sized. except for one which still isnt huuuuuugggeeee
 
okemo's park was good and all... but GET SOME SALT PARK CREW. maintain your jumps and shit, jesus.
 
I dont know wtf this guys talkinabout moguls inbetween the jumps ... you were not at okemo , sorry . And as far as salt its cold out and everything is ferm why would we use salt ?? And in the spring you really thing its feezable to salt every single take off we have , If your into that sort of thing then fill out an application , come meet with me and ill give you a job ... well call you salt boy !!! shounds like fun doesnt it ...
 
both the nor easter park and the blind faith park (?) were on steep narrow trails. It was march 12th and it was slushy, so there where moguls and ruts in between the akwardly(sp?) placed stepdowns. The sobe park by the half pipe was actually pretty good though
 
u r poop, the steep part accounts for like 1/12 of the rail or less, then the feautres come, the rest isnt really steep at all, and yea salt would be rediculously unneccessary
 
Mosses hows yoour terrain park doin ? Oh thats right you dont have one thats why you were here skiing mine . If this was a perfect world the parks would be alt different but its not a perfect world so have fun on what you got and QYB ( thats quite your bitchein for you slow people)
 
yes moses needs to quit his bitching, but the first two jumps in the noreaster park are terrible investments of snow and could be put to much better use to be built better (the second jump) or in a better spot (the first jump). last year the park was so sick why did you guys change it so much?

also that c rail right next to the trees = death and having half the landing of a jump be the drop in zone for your pipe could become a problem. and what happened to the mini van?
 
some of the lips for the jumps weren't shaved read nice last thursday... overall I didnt like the first hit, the rest of the hits were fun, the 40 ft flatdown, stair setup and 50 footer were the funnest parts out of the place and lapping the tbar for the pipe was fun as the right wall was icy but overall pipe was fun
