new rainbow rail on Blind faith . Next to the up gap down rails.

ready for this one ... I dont think you are ... a Bigger , thats right I said it ... I went out tonight and rebuilt a jump in nor easter

OK so heres the scoop . Its big , maybe too big . Well too poppy any way . We'll see how it works. Hopefully well , I dont know looks pretty wild. if anything we dont want a quaterpipe for a jump, id recommend extending the deck and making it mellower, if you got somethin you think has too much pop it prolly does, def mellow it out if you can, then again i havent seen it.
 
thats the most retarted suggestion ive ever heard dude. wow. ur talking about okemo tables thats the oppostie of anything we want. (ryan needs to stay the weekend at college for once and get wasted)

jack you pretty much have no idea what youre talking about, if you want a quarterpipe for a jump then stick with the jumps we got now, theyre exactly what hes talking about, a jump with mad pop and short deck, i dont know about you but i like something in between, oh and its not my fault your brothers hate you, you should prolly sit this weekend out, its been nice without your negativity.
 
a dawg im recommending making the jump bigger, instead of having a jump with a short deck and uber boot, make the takeoff mellower and extend the deck, which makes the jump BIGGER.
 
hahahaha, are you kidding me, and jack making fun of evan agreeing with me and telling me to stay at school to drink to be as cool as he is, this is fuckin rediculous, i hope you guys are both joking, everything i said was deserved.
 
the new jump is fun to straight air but just isnt trickable, i talked to some guy one the park crew today about what to do to change it, but ill list it here anyway, make it into a table, not a step up, make the takeoff more gradual and bigger, you hit the boot to quick, the landing needs to be longer, but the grade of it is nice, the s rail is CRAZY, i didnt touch it today but ill get back to you on it tommorow. The park was prime today, best all year, all the takeoff were squared, everything was just really nice, props okemo.
 
Ok so the jumps better but not great ... it ended up being a pretty bad spot fot a bigger jump. I am gonna slowly but surely work on all the jumps. Your input is good so I know whats good about the jumps and whats bad. Thats cool the S rail is good. I just built a A frame , its pretty big I think it will be a pretty good feature. Its gonna be used in a rail jam (USASA) but after probably finding a home in the zone (snow pending)if not it will be on Nor Easter. Thats it for now ...
 
an a frame sounds ill, as far as the jumps go its good to hear you guys are trying to make them better, for the s rail, i personally like the way its set up, it makes it soo much harder and no one has ever set up and s rail like that, the only thing i would do is make the ramp flatter, its tough to come up that huge ramp then hit it, a flatter ramp would just generally make it easier.

okemo needs more competitions too. there are a few, but most are USASA or just the small pipe comps, gettin some slopestyle comps or night rail jams would be soo epic.
 
ryan is a little too badass for me, i like the s rail flat, its too scary right now. i wish the booters were in proportion to the very last one only bigger. a frame sounds neat!!!!!

all the jump takeoffs were recut last night. haven't hit them yet though... maybe this afternoon.
 
hey if you want to see how to make a good jump look at the Breckenridge Park Updates. If you made your jumps like that o would but like 7 season passes. Super wide takeoffs, very smooth take offs, long landings, georgeous.
 
anything resembling breck, mammoth, whistler, dub v, or vails jumps would be more than acceptable.
 
Okemo is stepping up the park, contests as well. Helly Hansen is hosting there national shop battle on March 14th. It will an out of control slope style and start to give them big contest cred.
 
i was at okemo over the weekend as saw that they put up a quarterpipe in the mini park, just wondering how it is if anyone hit it. Doesnt seem like they have a lot of room for letting you drop in though.
