i skied okemo at least a few times every week all season. To me it was a good year, i would agree with the longer landing complaint but realize thats a result of poor snow fall. To me the rails and boxes have become a week point, not that they were bad this year but just that when sessioning the park alot of the features get old, i think this is because there are alot of rails set up so there a chalenge to do, which is good but that eliminates the opertunity to really session and trick a rail. the two flat rails next to eachother were fun to spin out of and failry friendly to trick and are a good example of how a simple feature can be fun. What i usually knowtice when i go to other mountains is their flow and how fun their rails are. For flow stratton was a perfect example. with long landings and well spaced jumps. I found loons park one of the funnest parks i went to because they were not fucussed soly on building the largest features possible but rather the funnest. I hope this post didnt sound negitive because i really did think this was a great year at okemo and i see the challenge of building a good park, these were just a few things ive tought about
