i like am really considering eitehr of these

uumm i want a really fat ski (with atleast a 110 waist) and like i will post any additional information later

does anyone have any expierence with either of these or have any otehr recommendations?

Hellbent, EP's, Live 2's, a few Moments.. they're all incredibly sick. I'd stray away from the ARG.. b/c I hear its a nightmare on anything but deep pow. Whereas hellbents are manageable and EPs are pretty decent. Hear say though.

I'm not really a fan of armada.

well i know that this is kinda irrelivent but i already have some ar6's (181) and am completely inlove with them

i quite like armada, but thanks for the info on them probably being a nightmare in anything but pow

I rode ep pros for a day and they are amazing. hellbents are a lil stiffer and I"m told are better for crud/groomers than ep pros. I'd say get ep pros for pure pow, but if you want something slightly more versatile because you dont get super freshies too often get hellbents. I wouldn't buy ARGs unless I went cat skiing a lot or something.

so hellbents are 650

ep pros 650

and i think i have scratched arg off the list.... any others i should consider?

I bought the EPs like 3 weeks ago and have only skied my stls once since I got the EPs. They are the funnest skis I've ever skied. It could be that Steamboat has been getting puked on for like 2 months, but even on packed days I can put them to good use. If you weigh like 140-170 I'd suggest the EPs, if weigh more go with some bents.

if you want to stick with armada then i would say that next years JJ's are more comparable to the ep's then the arg's.

naw i scratched arg off the list and i am looking for like a 110 waist atleast (but like i know next years jj's have a 110 waist ish [i think]) but like yeah

K2’s give me night mayors, ep’s are still being perfected, I think the tail is to way to soft, and arg’s are shit and they look funny. Rockered skis aren’t there yet in my opinion.

wait for next years JJ vs Juliens, hybrid sidecut with regular sidecut underfoot, reverse on tips and tails, and rocker.

I think those will be a lot more usable than ARG's in less than incredible conditions.

why get a soft ski thats rockered? might as well get seomthing stiff cause its still going to float and it can plaw.. so to answer your question, arg

I am in the same predicament man. I want a ridiculous fat ski for next

year and can't decide. Right now I'm leaning towards the JJ's because

they are 115 under foot for next year and seem like that happy medium

with more traditional camber and sidecut than the ARG. At the same time

the EP has even more sidecut and more rocker but is supposedly the

softest ski ever made. To me without being able to ski on these guys the new JJ sounds like a nice happy medium between ridiculous and practical for resort skiers. I am gonna try and get on both of these skis so we'll see if my mind changes after I'm able to ski them.

if ur only wanting to get a pow ski to only ride in the pow not anywhere else, i really really suggest the ARG, they rip in pow but on groomers u fell like ur on water skis and trying not to fall. unless ur lookin for somethin u can kind of ride anywhere, id say go EP but EP's prolly cant go much anywhere just like the ARG. if i was u i would go with the JP vs. Julien since that thing can ride everywhere but is still fat as fuck

well... i love the hellbents... i was crusin about 50 or 60 down a groomer at snowbasin the otherday and they held up pretty damn good...

Next years JJ's

Moment ski's

Alot of next years stuff looks awsome

but i think the ep pros are more versitile (less rocker, beter sidecut)
