ok someone help me, i cant upload a pic

heres the deal i got a pic of me and my new get up, but i cant get the file from 900KB to 100 KB, how do i do so?

 
if you are on a mac, download the program Graphic Converter from macupdate.com. Once you have the program, open the image with it and save it as a .jpeg file. After you hit save, a big menu will pop up, and look around for the little check box that says 'resize image to reach the following size' and fill out the size as 97. Good luck.
