why does he sometimes speak with a jamacian accent but usually doesnt? its sick when he does but where the fuck does it come from?

in this song he sings the chorus and a verse in a jamacian accent, a thick one at that. and then he has a verse in completely plain english....

This is gonna get so much hate but i really hate lil wayne. I cant stand his voice or any of his songs. And i also hate when shitty new rap songs take lyrics from old good songs like C.R.E.A.M. or in this song how i can just kill a man.
 
im not a huge fan either, i like maybe 5 of his songs, and yes i agree...taking a line doesnt really show respect in most cases IMO it just makes up for a rappers lack of creativity.

seriously, so many kids at my school need to get off Weezys dick.

Few good songs, most the rest is retarded. My friends think he has the greatest lyrics ever, when in reality most of his lyrics are just fucking dumb and weird.
 
Man, lil wayne is the shit. i personally think he has one of the sickest rapping voices, and is just plain out talented. and he shot himself by accident so thats pretty funny. WEEZY FUCKIN BABY yall
 
his lyrics are pretty shitty, most of them anyways. but i have to say his voice is so bad ass. so many kids think they listen to like underground rap when they listen to weezy it is so funny.
 
that song is sick whatever though maybe he isnt trying to be Jamaican maybe he is trying to act like he is from cape town.
 
i really like that song, as for the accent i think its just to add a different sound to the chorus.
 
not really. you cant listen to a few of someones songs and say there shit, but i personlly like weezys music. his music kind of reminds me of mike jones
 
all rap nowadays is just propaganda, claiming how much you spent on your chain, grill, ring, car, house, watch, and how many people you killed is the same shit over and over, thats why they have to add stuff like the accent to make it different so more fools will shell out hard earned cash to hear this garbage. put an actual instument in their hands and we will se how much talent they really have
 
but this thread isnt for arguing over what rap is better. These days, arguing about music is plain redundant.

im pretty sure hes a large percentage jamaican, but then again i can be totally wrong. still doesnt mean he isnt faking it but still, i like it, and weezy spits bibles, nigga.
 
that 2nd video was by far the worst i have heard/ seen

it was poor un underastabndable rapping liek my english. and it also was only clips of weed smoking and bitches. liek seriously who does this guy think he is

fuck popular rap music. i fucking hate this shit, now there tryin to act all rasta, when everything they sing about goes completely against it. listen to some real HIP-HOP where songs are about real shit, not just how much money,bling, cars and girls they have.
