I'm going to try to tell the story as truthfully as I fucking can.

Last weekend. Some kid from my school broke into my school and stole a computer. It was a shitty Mac, but still, he broke in and stole it. Well, Monday, my friend was talking to this kid, and since this kid sometimes has old computer parts laying around, he was like 'Hey dude, do you have amonitor I could buy?' THe Kid wass like yeah. I do. So my friend payed him like 25 bucks for the monitor, and told him to put it in the bed of his truck and he'd get it after school. So we go to my friend's truck, and in the bed is a older powermac, the kind with the integrated monitor and computer. Well, he couldnt use it, so in trade for one of my monitors, I took the powerpc. Now remember, up to this point, neither of us has ANY idea that the thing is stolen..,

So that night. I sent this IM to a friend of mine.

Her mom FREAKED out after walking by and seeing that, thinking that we stole it. So she faxed it to the school, and called, all afriad we had some kind of underground blackmarket or something.

I get called down to the office today, and I walk in, and the door closes behind me. The VP starts SCREAMING at me before I even hear an explanation. I mean YELLING like fucking mad. I didnt know wha the hell was going on. He was PISSED. After hwe calmed down, i explained my situation, and he brought my friend down. He showed us that IM, but I noticed something fishy. The IM had been fucking edited. That bitch of a mom edited the IM to make me look more guilty. I didnt even DO ANYTHING damnit. It shoulndt have even got to this point. He was like, go get the computer. So I went and got it, and the kid who stole it eventually got ratted uot, and he got arrested. But now, I'm stuck with a 3 day suspension, and notes on my permanent record that i was involved in a theft ring. Repeated calls to the school have been met with shit. Parents blown off, led in a maze. All this shit.

My problem is that I'm applying to colleges, and I really don't need a 3 day suspension because of 'Participation in theft of school property' or whatever. The dick of a VP won't accept my real logs. And I just DONT know whats going to happen. I'm afraid he's going to bring the Police in on us. And I could theoretically be charged with posession of stolen property.

Fuck, , What do I do???

you really might want to consider getting a lawyer if this puts colleges in jeopardy.

go to a school board meeting, and present your case to everyone there. let them know what happened, present them with everything, and BE HONEST. ask the VP to come to the meeting to hear you out...if hes smart at all, he'll know that he should show up and not blow you off in front of the school board. If this doesnt work, go talk to the actual principal of your school, and let him know whats up...be polite and honest. kissing some ass might not hurt either. then explain to him the VPs position on not hearing you out, and question his (the VPs)abilities as a professional administrator. keep talking to him, not intrusivly, but by making appointments with him. as a last resort, call EVERYONE involved down to the office for a meeting, and tell the VP what the fuck is up. have the kid who stole the computer back up your case, becuase he sure doesnt have a whole lot going for him anyway. if NONE of this works, just apply to wasted state university in crested butte, co. they'll accept fucking anyone. good luck

 
Shit man, that's fucked. my school principal loves my friends and i so whenever we get into trouble he always lets us off. but that's not going to help you in this situation. basically, if youre vice principal won't hear you out and fix your record, there's nothing you can do about it. when applying to colleges, there's always something that you know you shouldn't have done that's now on your record. Still apply to as many colleges as you can, and hopefully you will get some good reply's back. And also, if you take the time to go to the college that you would like to attend, you could probably talk to some counselors and/or teachers and/or principle. andy, your situation sucks, but the best thing to do about it, if the principle/vice principle won't do anything about it, is to forget it. and if not, go talk to some college counselors and ask how it would affect getting into certain schools. get a good lawyer, trust me it is worth the money. He will have everything set straight, and most likely have the VP fired or, anyone one else that is presenting false information to get you in trouble. I have taken enough law classes, to know what i am talking about. That mom that changed your log is in deep shit, if everything happend the way you said it did. Yeah so i would get a good lawyer, and if you are looking to score some money, you could apply to a college and get denied, and sue the school for the ulawful suspension. Yeah, for sure get profesional legal help.

wlisten to the posts above, they should help you out a lot, and when you get accepted to a good college and you want to go there i would vandalize that ladys house so badly and the vice principals too, what assholes to do that, stupid bitch mooms like that and fag vice principals piss me off, one time i got in trouble by a vp for getting hit by a 6 foot long wooden pole, some kid got pissed at me and picked up this wooden pole and just nailed me in the arm with it as hard as he could, and he friggin homo vp gave me like a bunch of detentions for it, he said i instigated it, even though that kid that hit me has a mad temper problem, and the kid that hit me got the same number of detentions because he started crying and he wa saying shit like it didnt hurt him and i was there too and he was like, were friends right to me and i wsa like no get off of me, and the vp didnt suspend him, i was real pissed

My advice would be to get a lawyer, even a shitty one. Once that moron of a VP gets a call from a lawyer he'll stop ignoring you... and if he doesn't well, let the lawyer take it from there.

next time the VP calls you into his office (mind you noone else can be around) and punch yourself in teh face and yelll and be like 'why are you hitting me what the fuck is wrong with you' make shure that you give yourself a shiner or a black eye....well it is your word vs his and you have the bruises as proof.... this always works with police too like a cop comes up and harasses you with your friends and hit yourself and yell everyone saw that right, the cop just hit me and ovcourse your friends would concur that works

I think he is trying to avoid stupidity here?? You might just try talking with the superintendent about this with your parents. I'm assuming they are aware of the situation??? I forget who said it but most colleges aren't going to turn you down over one incident especially with a reasonable explaination attached which you can do. Remember the folks accepting you into college where once there and sowed wild oats as well themselves, so you do recieve some sort of sympathy from them. You don't have to be perfect to get into college I went to one of the best colleges in the counrty and was an average student I just had some musical talent. so if you got the goods they will accept you regardless of past discrepencys(see I kant evin spel)

 
to tell u the truth, universities and colleges don't give a shit about your permanent record - a 3 day suspension means nothing to them. if u have the marks, etc to get in, you're going to get in. don't worry about it.. power tripping principals should be dealt with through traditional means - be it eggs, or spraypaint, or whatever.. just don't get them fired.

only thing i can say is prolly get a lawyer...you should also check early on with the collegs you plan on attending call or make an appointment with the dean if possible and see what he says about your record...if they will overlook it and understand youre case i dont see the need for a lawyer.

Buy a bunch of cocaine and put it into the VP's car. Lock the doors after yourself. Send an annon phone call to the cops. Tell them you have suspiscions of him selling coke. They will take it from there. It will totally fuck up his life, he will get fired even if he isn't found guilty. But if he is, he will go to jail and never be able to get a job again. It works too.

definately get a lawyer, you have nothing to loose. if what you say is true then some people are in really deep shit. in truth, a 3 day suspension probly wont make or break getting into a college, but it wont help. its the principle...just dont let it die. and then egg his shit

Definitely get a lawyer, when it comes to colleges, it's serious, and the principal is obviously fucking you over. Lawyer can get it fixed fast, and the money will be well spent.

Oh, and update. My dad called and tore the VP a new asshole. He's going to accept my REAL logs (not jusut a retyped IM) and reconsider it.

good luck colleges will most likely look over that i know people who have been expelled and still got into a fine institution and if you are spiteful sue the school you can and will get money out of them.
