Oil in gulf + hurricane + lightning from hurricane = fire hurricane?

that would be awesome... everyone in the southern us would die... but i think that oil is too heavy to evaporate into clouds
 
although everything else is completely unfathomable in this thread- because they used chemical dispersants it has been raining oil over the southeast- so technically It can evaporate
