Ohio Freestyle: Re-Action Review

Hey Guys,

I just got Re-Action in the mail today. It's a smaller film...maybe you've heard of it... but it's by Kyle Decker (the guy who one the K2/NS Video Contest and went to High North). Anyways, it was INCREDIBLE! It's like 45 minutes long and kept my attention like nothing. It's a mix of skiing and snowboarding talent from locations all over the country. As you probably remember from his "Blow Up Your Video" entry, kyle can edit!!! The editing was probably the best part of this movie...along with the perfect soundtrack. The introduction is sooo sick, this movie remeinds me of Robot Food's Lame (Afterlame, Afterbang...).

I havent seen many movies so far this year, but out of the two i've seen (Bogart and Re-Action), i'd definently say that I enjoyed Re-Action more. The editing was better, and i liked the mix of awesome snowboarding. The skiing isn't AS good as some segments in Bogart, but these kids have serious talent.

Super sick movie. Definitely one of the most unknown videos of the year. Amazing editing, and really good riding.
 
All the guys and gals that helped with this movie are amazing not only on the hill but off the hill, all great people. I grew up with a couple of the guys in it and i'm friends with most all of them. It is worth the wait and the money to buy this movie. So everyone should buy and watch. And if you're ever in the mid west during our ski season, you should try and make it to snowtrails for a weekend or something because its a lot of fun here.
 
yay exposure! we all had an amazing time making this movie, and i think that it is evident through the video. i hope everyone at least watches the trailer! and i hope those of you that purchased it really enjoy it!
