Ohio dreams

I am actually one of the coaches, I worked there for the past two summer and will be there again this year. We are looking to add a few more people to staff, but we haven't decided on any definites just yet. As of right now, there is a lot in the works as far as new coaches, guest coaches/pros, re-designed water ramps, a new summer rail setup, some Olympic tramps, and a few other things. We should be getting a more definite idea on a lot of these things and be able to give you some more specifics in the next few weeks. There is also going to be an Ohio Dreams park update blog on the front page come mid April so we will be keeping everyone up to date as far as progress building some of the new things and plans for this summer.

Well, I was gonna keep that kinda under raps, but yea, it's looking pretty official that all of those guys will be helping to coach this year. Chris and Cody along with Nick Goepper of recent 4th place fame at Dumont Cup are all former campers and will be there this summer coaching and skiing.

I don't believe so. There were open sessions when the camp first opened to help promote it and get kids out there, but it is really not cost effective. Plus, Ohio Dreams was designed to be a summer camp, not a place where you can go for a day. Kind of like if you want to go to Windell's, you go for a week, no other options. Sorry to disappoint, but if you want to hit the ramps/rails/tramp you are going to need to sign up for a week of camp.

ohio dreams is going to be next level this year...soo sick man. if you can afford it do it! you will have the time of your life for sure

I'll be there too! Come hang out. I've learned more and had more fun at Ohio Dreams than anytime I've been to Windells!

The place is sick as hell. It's loads cheaper than pretty much any of your other summer options, too. You really can't have a bad time there.

$850 for a week, but I think you get money off for every week you add. Also flights into Columbus are usually very cheap, I fly down from Wisconsin quite a bit for 200 dollars round trip on weekend days!

I would also like to go. Do the camps fill up fast because I would like to go to one at the end of summer depending on how my trampoline practices go and my knee.

We still have some space available, but obviously the sooner that you sign up the more likely it is that there will be space available. Even though there are spots available now, we can't guarantee that there will be space later in the summer. Hopefully your knee feels good enough that can sign up and make it out to camp.

ok i'm being lazy and not looking at the website , which i prob should, but as i take it ohio dreams has a water jump park, bmx dirt jumps, i think a skate park and what else?

There's a trampoline, two skateparks with a foam pit, BMX race training facility, ski and snowboard rail garden, paintball, and the slip n slides and more too!

The Slip N Slide initiation is just when everyone hits the slip n slide.. Its big and super fun, like a water slide, and every has a good time!

If you add the Ohio Dreams fan page on Facebook they just uploaded a new video of the new big slip n slide and in the video you can see the new water ramp for skiing and how big it is! There are also pictures and all that on there!

Haha it's not scary it's wayy fun!! Maybe the first time you are up there looking down on it it looks scary but once you go its all fun! I would go to Ohio Dreams camp just to hit the slip n slide!

Karedo--come on down it's gonna be a great summer! There are some really good coaches coming too so be sure to check that out!

Fatplanks are you over 18?

The slip n slide might be more fun than skiing on pow (maybe for some), but the camp is awesome and so are the people running it. Its a great thing for Ohio, but even better for the Midwest because it allows for you to learn tricks safely and in a really fun environment. So yeah, if you have the money, go learn so new things at Ohio Dreams this summer on all their new toys.
