Oh no! Not another ski size question!

So I need new skis... Im 5'9" almost 5'10". I have 165 troublemakers mounted at reccemended and they seem too short so I want something bigger. I was thinking about going 180cm and mounting center. Would this be too long or just take a little getting used to? Im thinking about getting K2 Silencers by the way. All help appreciated!

how much do you weigh? and yeah 165 is too short for you even if you are thin as a pencil and weigh 140

5'10" 145lbs, Rather thin I would say. My skis come up to my nose on me, which I think is pretty tall, but when there on my feet they just feel super small. So Im thinking something in-between 174-180.

I just want to know if going to 180 would be to huge of a jump.

i would say 180 is a little big, your prob better off going like 176
