What's with all the bullshit on this site now? Without the Cults sections I'd never visit this site, which is sad, because this is the greatest skiing site ever and only around a year ago it was full of mature members who contributed to make this site a news source and nice site to post on when you're bored.

Thanks to the new wave of 14 year olds for ruining something that was great.

P.S. One thing I've noticed here is that most of the 'new wave' have weak grammar. Time to pay attention in English kiddies! Your attempts at jokes or insults will be more effective when people can understand you.

I'm sorry that no matter how much this place changes for the worse or for the better, I will still be addicted to NS. This site is the main source of skiing information for me and other world events. Take in account Mt. St. Helens erupting again, I was the only one of many people in my school that have heard of it. NS is like NBC but without the saggy balls and Micheal Jackson court bullshit.

You know what I think makes this site worse. It's not neccessarily the people, whether they be 14 or 21 because both do it, that come on here and say stupid shit. It's the attitude from some of the people that are in the know. Some of the members think they are ooooooh so cool because they know something about the industry that others might not. They know this pro and that pro and what not. It seems that they use this knowledge to self elevate themselves over others, and perhaps are the very cause of some of those other immature comments. Then you have the members that because of this attitude, also want to be taken seriously and have 'credibility' by being one of those people in the know. Saying how they heard that this and this happened, when in fact they just read it in another thread. I personally dont think it makes you any cooler if you know this or know that about the industry.

Mattman, Harvey / CKO / Kamikaze / NoPoles / Mr.Bishop / Mods have done a great job with this site, which is why I posted this topic. They put so much work into a site that has revolutionized skiing only to have it flooded with useless post-whores. It's out of control and really disappointing.

Take the photos section for example, someone posts a photo of themself and the site turns into HotorNot.com. Seriously kids, if you want to bash people, don't be a pussy and do it in real life, that way, you'll get some sense knocked into you and realize you're a moron.

When I first came onto this site it was so easy to find people to give you good information or advice about something.
