OFFICIAL X-Games Superpipe Thread

well that was lame. laurants run was so dope should have won and simons run was better then tanners. ummm cab 10 anyone?

What the hell!?! Tanner's last run scored higher than Dumont's last run. That's gay. I wanted Dumont to win so bad, he looks like he's in so intense pain. At least Tanner's respectful, and throwin it out to CR.

welll the only thing that calms me down is thinkin that last year thall did get ripped off but no way should he have won this year. farves my boy

I am glad tanner won, and doing it for CR showed great class. It seems that tanner has been humbled after his crash and that he is now more mature. GO TANNER

gona love how much hate is going to be going on the next month about how so and so got robbed, please just keeps your shit to yourself or the mods should create a new forum the bitch and moan because i guarntee as im writing this cats are going to have 5 diff threads about how so and so got robbed,

All I can say that Dumont's last truckdriver was totally insane! Props to him fighting his back pain like a champ!

also that switch drop was too rowdy! So very sick!

So, we all agree the REAL results should be:

1. Laurent Farve

everyone else 2-10?

and had Andreas stuck a run, he would've been there as well.

hahahhahaha!! you guys sat on NS and typed worthless shit like "here we go... (silence)" while the event was happening??

dear god that is pathetic.

the event as an entire event was awsome and quiet progressive i thought that Favre run was one of the best and most progresive runs i have ever seen, and therefore should have won. By the way it sounds like what happend to CR was really bad, any details or vid on what happend to him.

Laurent was so nasty I wanted to cry, I think he should have won over Tanner, but the judging wasn't too bad. Jon was disappointing (back to back straight air wtf), Andres's switch drop was awesome. I missed the very beginning - did they even show Sean Field? At least Candide would have put on a show...that's my only major gripe with the pipe this year. Pretty impressive overall.

Whatever you think the results should have been, the top three runs and andreas' were all the best runs I have ever seen.

i concur if haveit hadn't almost fallen then he should have been 1st its hard to take anything away from any of the but the uros were simply way more progressive

shoulda been 1. favre 2. hatviet (even though he fell) 3. dumont/ganier/olson (back to back nine....what!!!!1)

I still think that Laurent should've won hands down. His 1st hit... super huge and solid. His cork 7, probably the most stylish trick all night. THEN switch 5 to switch 9. I'm sorry, but if that's not the winning pipe run and Tanner's is... Something is not right.

Tanner had the best run other than that though. I think the rsults should've been the same but with Laurent in 1st.

Favres run was filled with progression tanner's was the same as last year. I totally agree man. Favre got ripped the fuck off.

The reason tanner beat out dumont was purely because of his landings, there was absolutely no flaws in how smooth tanner was in that run and dumont was a little more questionable. Favre probably should have won though.

You know what... there's no good reason to argue over the judging after a sick sick sick pipe comp where all the top runs are good. Now, if the winning run SUCKED, then that's one thing, but yeah... I think we can all just be happy that it was sooo much better than last year, no need for the anger after tonight. Only dark spot was no Candide... what was up with Sean?

um it was tanners second run that won. dumont wasnt even grabbing his spins i dont get that. by spins i mean nines and tens

corey withdrew due to a injury he sustained from decking to flat bottom in practier. where he underwent surgeryh to get pins put in to repair his broken wrist.
