Don't feel like reading everyone else's, but does anyone else have a Dynaflex Powerball Gyroscope?

My brother introduced me to one of these a while back and got it for me for Christmas. It improves all the muscle strength in your wrist, forearm, upper arm, and shoulder. Its incredible. $20 for something you can use while in class, at work, or watching T.V.
