Im tired of everyone posting a new thread asking what skis are right for them. SO post your specs and preferences and we'll make suggestions.

6'3'' 155 pounds. beginner in park. slow east coast progression.

im going to have two pairs of skis one for carving, probably volkl supersport 6 star. and another for days i feel like park

im looking for a park ski now. good flex for butters and presses.

i was thinking of stl 183 or invader 179 or ar5 181.

or should i just get a public enemy, fuja, etc.

^STL's since they're the longest ones there.

5 6" 125 pounds, expert in groomed, advanced in powder and intermediate at park. i want a light ski, a twin tho and i live in the east coast.

i'd suggest troublemakers, because they're not too stiff but they are great for east coast and backcountry. They're light but not very durable.

5'9 about 130-135lbs, mostly park, but don't want a ski too soft. More like a medium flex or mabye stiff. Live in P.A.

what about skis for a girl... i was checking out the new armadas but they look really narrow. i was also looking at the misdemeanors but i still don't know what i want.

there's not that much choice in girl specific skis. Check out the girls section in the Powder Buyer's Guide.

im thinking maybe an atomic tweak if you aren't heart set on this year's skis. THose are not soft and they are good for carving.

6ft 120lb, yeah im skiny, live in MN, but go out to keystone and stay with my aunt for about a 3 weeks, want something wider, looking at moship, ARV, or seth Vicious, and what size are pow ski sizes kinda diff, because of surface area and such

You know you have the coolest cab driver when he says, 'And we're off like a prom dress.'

^ it depends how big the ski is. If its something like a 130 or made;n you could probably ski on a 179 and be fine. But if its not as big (e.g ARV) get something around a 185.

sorry i didnt read your ski suggestions. I would get a Seth Vicious but as your so lanky get the 179's. dont know much about motherships, and ARV's are good too but i prefer the seths.

For all you small light kids, I hear Ninthward Butterlicious are not stiff.

I'm 6' 4" 200 pounds, lookin for a ski that is good all-around. I ride my stuff a little hard and need sometin good for the east coast.

Im almost exactly the same as you and im east coast. I just got 4frnt Msps because they're supposed to be sick for all around, park/bc/groomers. And nice and stiff for those icy east coast runs.

you didn't say the 4frnt model or the salomon length

Im 5'10 and 145 pounds. I ski park, pow and i like messing around on groomers. Im thinking Fujative at the moment because there nice and cheap. What do you guys reckon? and what length should i get?

yeah, someone small should pick up the stls, if they're in good condition, and even if they're a little beat up its still a pretty good deal.

wow thats exactly what i am.

either fugatives or mabey some lines

Looking for an all around ski for the park. I have Mojo's from last year and they rule, I just want something to dedicate to park so I won't wreck the Mojo's. Live in Whistler so i don't want them skinny in case I go out of the park that day (like around 85mm-ish). I want something stiff and stable, I ski aggresively.

I had my heart set on the Mojo 80's but they're too narrow. Recommendations?
