Whats good fellow east coasters. Thought that since winter is approaching this would be a great opportunity to get this thread going. As snowstorms roll in (assuming this year won't be a repeat of last) it will leave plenty of opportunities for slayage of rails so I had an epiphany. Why not have a home base for this subject matter!?

Lets say you have a spot in mind but you dont feel like seshing it alone. Post the whereabouts of the feature that you're gonna be hitting in order to see if anyone else in the area is interested. Not only a great opportunity to meet new people but also access to various equipment (bungees, lights, generators, etc.). If one guy has a bungee, another has shovels, and someone else has a sick ass camera, it could be the ingredients for a real good time.

Feel free to post pics of features in your area as well. Make sure to keep an eye out for future storms and feel free to add any additional comments. Lets get this rolling!

yo if you ever do hit me up that's my school and Im trying to hit them too but no one else at my school really skis and I'm not feelin doing it alone hahah

My friend and I have had our eye on a dfd in the fens in Boston. If we actually get some snow, this'll likely be our year to hit it. We've got shovels, tubs to move snow, etc. Bungee not necessary, but portable lights would be key.

Me and my friend are planning on making a trip up to Bug Light Maine if anyone has any other spots around there.

If anyone wants to hit stuff in the southern maine area hit me up. I have a bungee as well...

It's probably a bit late now but there's a flat to c rail under the bridge off of exit 13 on I-93 in concord nh. It's pretty fun and slides well. It's just down the street from a dunkin donuts and is next to a dirt parking lot.
