Official Tremblant Thread

They were open in the morning Sunday, they have more kick added to them for the You Look Good Comp. Not to sure if they will have that much kick next weekend, but the general shape of them is not changing.

i was there sunday, landed rodeos, tried a backflip, i was pretty stoked. gotta buy a pass for the south park, actually looks like it has proper jumps

It's hard as a rock, Jumps are closed along with a lot of the rails. All the snow is in chunks the size of golf balls. Not enjoyable at all.

Today was so much better, almost everything is open again. Jumps are still pretty hard though. Two new rails were set up and put in.

The ice golf balls are slowly disappearing.

I'll get some pics tomorrow of all the new stuff but if you know tremblant in the south park after the bus they put in the medium sized flat rail 12 ft long urban on. After the DFD they put in the longest blue rail, urban on and mellow mellow down.

In the alpine park they finally put in a legit feature! Right at the end you have the DFD box different set up then last year though, urban on, much taller and steeper.

im gonna grap a southside park pass for spring, do you guys know if the jumps are still as monstrous as back on that really windy day 2 weeks ago? or did they shave the kickers down a little?

i highly doubt they will change them. The jumps are perfect right now, first one shoots you so high, super dope and the second is wicked nice, i would say less lip than the first. Third was closed. Theres a reason for the smaller line to the left of them.

During the weekends it will be packed, but alot of riders make it for a nice session in south parc. Other than that the week isnt too bad cause its mostly hungover partiers. just stick to flying mile instead of the gondola and you should be good to go.

Weekdays not bad at all...Saturdays will be a killer though.

50cm of snow called for Tremblant between this friday and sunday!

im going to be going monday-friday so that should be good.

Im staying in the condos on the bottom of versant soleil.

Worth getting a park pass for 3 days of skiing??

anyway/ where i can get good dealson lift tickets for tblant? I want to go a couple times while im up there march break but im already paying a shit load for staying there in general then count in booze and food so im trying to get some deals. Pm me or post in here if you know of any

thats definatelly your best bet. if not, you can get reduced prices on lift tickets at COSCO (some wholesale store in kirkland). but if you qualify for the 5 days for 99$ deal, do it for sure.

This morning was awesome, got to be the first ride up at 7:45 and there was about 12-15cm of snow. It was snowing all day t'ill about 1 for the bottom of the SouthSide, but the top was experiencing snow until about 3. I left after it turned to rain and it is still raining now. We got a snowfall warning for about 15cm from The Weather Network so tomorrow should be good again. It is sitting at 0 so the top should already have changed over to snow just waiting on the bottom.

I also got to use my gopro for the first time which was a lot of fun and made this vid. Tremblant is great for untracked powder if you know where to go.

^tremblant was awesome this morning, till it started raining. The edge got skied out really fast, soleil was pretty good later in the morning though. I need to figure out were all the backcountry is.

Tomorrow should be a good day though, hopefully the snow isn't too heavy.

Oh yeah and I wasn't really riding the park today, but we have like a pipeline set up on top of a quaterpipe at the bottom of the Adrenaline Park and the North Side Flat down log is now just an downlog.

Today was pretty sick. They got around 6-8in overnight. Snow was really nice on the lower half of the the north side.

today was dirty, but i think sat was better. Also saw alexi godbout today. Wasnt sure at first if it was him or not, until he got off the edge chair and ripped down the run under the chair like a mad man. i have never in my life seen someone rip those so hard.

According to the weather network: close to 20 cm of snow from Wednesday Evening to Thursday Evening.

Hopefully all of this new snow will help t-blant to stay open later in the season.

snow conditions aside im getting really pumped for my trip! should be a week of mayhem. I want to see how many days i can make it skiing hungover as fuck

up until 2pm today on the northside was a wicked day of riding. lots of pow, edge was amazing and so much fun. got up there nice and early for some first tracks. couldnt have asked for a better day, snow was nice and fluffy too.
