i get your reasoning, but i don't think that has anything to do with it.
a few years ago heavenly had four terrain parks with multiple jumps in every one and a total of about 80 rails/boxes. last season, heavenly had one park, with one 20 foot jump, and about 10 rails / boxes. they are definitely moving in the opposite direction of terrain parks. the shitty three features they had were removed on saturday... 5 days before a storm. but... does breck or key or PC or northstar pull all their shit before it snows? nope.
i dunno.. just kinda bummed that they don't give a fuck about their park anymore. replaced one park with epic mix racing. replaced another park with "family cross"... which is just snow berms.
ugh.. it hurts to think about it. heavenly truly is a weekend warrior gaper paradise resort and that's their business model.
