You didn't even mention light, that has a solid jam off the end almost every time.

Backwards is a nice happy song. Stealing time is always a fun song at a show. TTE is always good for a piss break. The album really wasn't that good compared to others though. Explains why most of the song don't aren't in the regular rotation anymore
 
I was old enough to enjoy myself, it was early high school.

Yeah, we have been down this road before, the Division Bell is not the best Floyd album out there. But it is very unique and offers a much different feel without Roger Waters. Everyone finally got the chance to do their thing, Richard Wright's 'Wearing the Inside Out' is a perfect example. That song hits home for me somehow which is why my username/icon reference the album.
 
Sums up Joy pretty well. Ocelot is another decent song that I don't mind hearing. I hope they improve on the next album though.
But srsly, more jamz for the kidz this terr.
 
I don't mind ocelot but I find it kind of boring.

And would def love some jams. this 25 songs per show thing is a little much. Albany2 was the only time they've really tried to jam anything out
 
Really sucks they scrapped the Denver dates. Would've been nice to end my run in some home town shows. I'm planning on doing the Gorge and Tahoe.

Was that supposed to be a dis? I've probably seen a bunch of bands that you listen to. I try to see almost everyone I possibly can once. Seen a lot of bands a lot more than once.

I could sit around and do nothing, or travel and see another hundred or so shows. I love music, I love live music. Phish does something that you won't find at most shows. The way it brings you up and then all the way down then up then down then peaks. All great musicians whether you dig the tunes or not.

Have fun at bethel man. Theres a ore/after party with camping for the weekend at a max yasgurs farm around there. They have a shuttle and everything. It's like 50 bucks for the weekend.

How'd everyone do for onsale today? I got in for both Tahoe's and I'm getting my Gorge tickets tomorrow. Got a room at Seven Seasons in Tahoe both nights for my birthday shows. Gonna be a party!
 
I'm still not sure what shows I can go to besides Watkins Glen. It doesn't seem like to many shows are selling out which is a good thing for me.

what is this about an after-party? bands? what? really? tell me more!

I was actually at that Albany show. The next night, 11/28/09, was the heat with the Seven Below>Ghost madness.
 
their show from teh 9:30 club on youtube is money. been listening to it for the last few days. im really hoping that the locals up in Bethel will be running mad Gypsy can service around town so i can stumble over to Yasgurs after the show, catch the Pets, party at the farm, and then still somehow make it back to Skinners before sunrise.

or maybe ill just have to find a wookette to bunk up with for the evening.
 
I absolutely love the pets. My favorite up and coming bands. I hit up the northeast tour in march. Now im just waiting for more dates up this way. Jealous of my friends in florida for that actually.

You'll end up somewhere at the end of the night, and it will be epic. Rage it out for me
 
Little Yasgur's Farm Update for any of you fellow Bethel Woods Attendees...

Just got my invoice back, I am #347. So that means at a very conservative estimate of 3 people an invoice (mine has 9, i know others who have 15, etc) Yasgurs will be having at least 1,100 people camping out in style!

Get on it Phanners! Tickets are going for less than face! Come rage Memorial Day weekend.

If you find me, give a shout out.

I'll be the lanky fella with glasses wearing either a Rocky Mountain Underground or Hartford Whalers tee with a goggle tan and giant pupils handing out free hugs and stumbling around with his sneaks untied
