Official Park Update Thread.

ive been hearing that the guy that owns bristol is expanding the mountain farther over by like galaxy and there talking about moving the parks or making another park
 
Next year = new lift near galaxy.

2-3 years new fancy shmancy race program on that side of the mountain

5 years + = new lodge (for racers kinda, on that same side of the mountain) with a new park on that side of the mountain aswell

nah as far as I know it is still up. I said it didn't last long because I tried a couple times and realized I had a long way to go.
 
Next Year= Bristol,

Two Years= Peace Ice Coast I'm movin West.

I'm bummed I'm gonna miss out on this fancy shmancy race program.

I must say though I'm straight up bored as fuck with skiing right now. Conditions suck. We haven't had a pow day since January and this snow is stale as hell. If we had some good snow right now I'd be feelin good but nope.

Oh and most of the rails in the big have really messed up lips right now, except for the Kink, the C is debatable.

And in the small, the Mailbox has a big drop onto it.
 
Cmon guys Bristol isn't that bad... at least they're setting some booters up now, they're just in front of the rails, no biggie..
 
Yep West for college. Grandparents moved out to Colorado last summer and live 20 minutes from Breck. Mommy wants to move out there too once I'm done with high school so I'm goin too.

And yeah the park is sketchy as hell lately. Bacon day tomorrow.
 
i heard from a friend big is closed and rails are going down and the mini is destroyed i guess... seems like the season is kinda over

i was borde after skiing in the rain all day so i went to the mall and i say a lift guy/park tec.. he told me there is a possibilty of big park opening tomarow and the only down side to that is probably no more booter. he also said they will st up some tubes. the black one with the riddgess i really hope this guy is partully right
 
Hahaha you're not so innocent Nate you said you'd be down with helping me fry some Bacon too.

I might go this weekend after my SAT on Saturday at like 2. Maybe Sunday too. But a big fatty train around the mountain would be kinda neat. Bacons Bents and Beths so far for fatties atleast.
 
actually i just placed a happy indicator under a quote from your previous response... but i do like the idea of training on fattys that is if the park is open :)

If the park is open and good which I'm doubting I'll be hitting that. But if they're closed or shitty that's why I'm bringing the Bacons for all mountain seshies and Switch Rocket and Comet Trains.

Start by putting on your robe and wizard hat.

Drop into your trail of choice, underrotate your 180 and slide the rest around with all the prebang you can get for what you're about to do.

Keep it on them edges, make sure everyone on the lift sees you and wave to the little kids freaking out at how crazy what you're doing is. If you're gonna fall, go with it, drop quick, throw a little crowd pleasing Polish Bagel and roll out of it and ride away clean.

You're now ready to ride switch.
 
Im not sure if anyone has said this but the current terrain park features are in the mini a little jump to the small box to a little rail to another little rail to a mailbox to a kinked box to the long box and thats it. Big park is shotgun (mad low to the ground) and then the flat down flat and then the last two of the three jumps they had (they just got rid of the first) and after those jumps your done and the halfpipe was closed as of last night.
