Don't worry. The pow pow will come back. Monday was a good skiing night too. Wasn't as terrible as I was expecting. Just a little... Sticky...
 
UPDATE: The flat rail is now setup as a down rail, with a really nice urban take off. It's sooper dooper fun.
 
It got real nice later in the night at like 6. Before the sun went down it was so slow. I don't think I've ever skiied snow that slow. Either that or I really gotta wax my skis still. Haha.
 
are you serious? its like a foot off the ground, and snowboarders can't really nut themselves...

pretty much the calvert pipe in the mini is the most ghetto thing bristol has.... that is prolly my favorite hit.

double switch-ups and switch up 270 out. So much fun!

Id say its about 20 ft long
 
yeah really gay, but im on break this week so i get to go during the day....ill be up there/have been up there every day so far, has anyone been up/or is going up this week?
 
I saw a little kid do a pencil 9 its was good (i guess better than me) but then he got rapped reverting hahaha
 
The leauge was USSA though. From what I saw from the Slope Style on Meteor on Friday I wasn't overly impressed. It was decent but real repetitive. Didn't catch the Moguls comp though. What did they do on Sunday?
 
The snow and wind kinda made things slow.

big park- at the bottom (after the pipe) they changed the roller to a 10ft jump

small park- at the bottom next to the two rails are two 5 feet jumps
 
In addition, the Long Box has been setup where the Mailbox used to be, next to the Money Booter. And it has a small gap down to the Short Box. It's basically an A-Frame setup.
 
I thought I saw a kid goin down Outer Orbit on Bacons too, but they looked a bit too narrow. And he was skiing like a racer and not flowy EP style like you should. The last train that went down on the booter had some nasty crashes.
 
haha i know and i wasnt goin gfast enough and the ski patroller was yellin at me to get out of the closed "trail" when i went for it. lol and after i got up the other ski partoller was yelling that he was gonna pull my pass if i jumped the last "ramp" haha and then i just looked at him and was like sure okay and floated the slowest 180 i have ever done over the last jump.

good times good times.
 
So it looks like Bristol will be open for next weekend also. I just talked to a ski patroller on the phone (credible source) and he said that he's on schedule for patrol next weekend. So that basically means that they are planning on staying open another weekend.
 
Fuck you Danny Fuller for closing Bristol with a retarded amount of snow left. It was supposed to be really shitty this weekend though.
