The Newschoolers Awards will be returning to Dew Tour in Feb of next year and as always we'll be awarding a Trick of the Year. With so many movies and insane insta clips dropping left right and center, it's nigh impossible to filter it down to just 10 nominees, but that is the task ahead of us. We're asking for your help with finding the 10 nominees.

Basically, we want you to nominate tricks in this thread and between the crew and our panel of judges, we'll filter it down to 10. The tricks have to be viewable without a paywall but as long as that movie is free to view in time for the awards, the tricks are all good. So tricks from CAST would be eligible, but MSP/TGR probably wont be FTV by that point. Gifs/timestamps etc much appreciated. Let's see what you got.

Pretty sure Hunter Hess already won it for his triple in magma 1 a couple years back... but his triple in soulstar should definitely be in the running.

Trevor kennisons movie never dropped but there was a clip in the preview at the level 1 premiere that josh berman told everyone not to tell anyone about but anyone that saw it knows it’s easily trick of the year.

Trevor is on a different level than anyone thinks that’s for sure, I hope that movie drops soon.
 
Probably not trick of the year but IMO big air trick of the year, switch dub bio 18 double seatbelt. Too bad Eddy wore black cuz it didn’t get picked up well on camera.

I agree. I feel like it would make more sense to have different categories. Hard to compare street clips, resort clips, and big mtn clips.
