Official NFL 2012-2013 Thread

I love seeing Sanchez suck. He's so bad. Did anyone else laugh at the One Direction/ Drew Brees commercial?

Especially when the Dolphins are putting a beatdown on him. Just watched the Rex Ryan interview from post-game. He was stunned, couldn't believe that they got rocked. Fuck the JETS.

Wow that cowboys game was ridiculous, i think there were 25 field goals and that last 'not' touchdown was crazy! roller coaster of emotion

iv got both lawrence tynes and victor cruz on my fantasy team, needless to say tynes made up for the lack of production from cruz.

gmen doing work.

i am gonna go apeshit if the chargers lose.

obviously, the browns and broncos game are bad enough. this will be the last straw in this fucked up season.

i really doubt our playoff chances, but it would be nice if it were at least remotely interesting right up to the end.

lol at the chiefs. making the bolts look good. still lotsa game to play tho. rooting for jamaal charles cuz hes a boooosss

obviously they have the lead right now. but with that attitude you get nothing. just wait for it.

but youre right, i dont understand why we even bother to play the season. they should have handed the broncos the lombardi trophy back in march or whenever they signed peyton.

as a chargers fan: obviously the chiefs not playing well at the end.

seriously. the game was 10-3 and the chiefs cannot score after weddle (can someone get royal healthy) muffs/fumbles the second punt within 10 seconds (replayed down after offsetting penalties) deep in chargers territory. missed shot at the endzone, missed FG.

at least, it should have been 10-6 after that, and more likely 10-9 after that 17-play opening drive by the chiefs was killed by bowes fumble in FG range.

so your really looking at a VERY close game until M80s TD catch and the subsequent penalties that led to the sack-strip and fumble recovered in the endzone. it was all but over there, even before williams pick six.

on the other hand, this is what the chargers needed. a solid offensive outing and then have the defense close it. get after the passer when you know they will throw and end it. right there. they couldnt provide that against the broncos all second half (not talking about the saints because that roughing penalty against brees was horseshit, i can show you 2 single occasions where vick and romo took hits right to the chin and it turned their heads like a mofo, whereas brees' head didnt even move and the only penalty of the three was on melvin ingram).

The Chargers lost to freaking Cleveland Browns and didn't even score a TD against them. Enough Said. If there is any team that is going to compete for the division with Denver than its Oakland, defiantly not the San Diego AJ Smith Norv Turner shit storm Chargers.

yeah that game was bad. but its any given sunday and the broncos wont go far if they think that they stand beyond this rule. just take care of the bengals and then we come back.

tillman is such a great player.

i mean i dont watch a lot of bears games but i definitely catch more of them then just the highlights and its just silly how many fumbles this guy forces and recovers while being a corner.

and from what i can tell also a good cover corner.

and the bears D's simple approach is awesome in a way. they dont do a whole lot of blitzing and they dont mix it up a lot of times and will play this classic cover2/tampa2 all day long. i bet opposing coordinators have a good idea of what the bears defense will do on a lot of plays. but they are so used to the scheme and everyone knows the responsibilities of the whole defense, and it works pretty good i would say

Its disappointing that I dont think Peanut will make the HoF. Watching him force fumbles is unreal.

And the simplicity is why it works. They all rush to the ball, so you can afford to give up a few extra yards forcing turnovers because you know you youll have your whole team backing you up.

Our offense has a plethora of shortcomings, but the D manages to hide them well. The question is who can fill the leadership role Urlacher has when he retires in the next few years. I would say T'eo but with the way the Bears are winning our picks will be far to late in the draft. But I really cant think of a player who would fit better in the Lovie cover2 scheme.

And Peanut does it again... He looks like a boxer out there. Just relentlessly punching at the ball. Insane.

Head Ref in the MIA v IND game just said "GOD DAMNIT" On the mic. They couldnt figure out the enforcement of a play. Even the real refs look dumb this year.

Lamarr Houston's return on the blocked field goal was the funniest thing I've seen in a while. When he hurdled the defender who was lying on the ground I fell out of my chair laughing

Eli's mouth breathing gives him an edge if it comes down to stamina but Ben could always just rape him. I'd say it's a toss up

Whoops my bad. Got Vincent Jackson and Victor Cruz confused for a second. Isn't Cruz out with a concussion?

dude fuk doug martin. im in second place in the league and im playing the number one dude and hes got doug in and its killing my lead. i was up by like 35. forte, leshoure and decker did work for me.
