NO WAY that the regular refs arent in there next week. HOLY SHIT.

i defended them earlier on the PI, but that TD was weird shit.
 
Haha i know it was a joke...Clearly this should be green bay's game. It was an interception, not to mention the blatant offensive PI on Tate. Wow. just.... wow.

obviously gruden talked about OPI, but on hail marys, there is no PI in any direction. the regular refs wouldnt have called that.

the real issue is the replay. you have to be able to overturn this. on the field, one ref goes TD, the other says INT, whatever, no problem. its a judgement call, simultaneous possession in the heat of the moment, cant be angry about that.

so if i were a packers fan, i would be angry towards the NFLs horseshit replay rules. the replacement refs do what they can, but for situations like this, the NFL has to revise their challenge policies.
 
Wasnt it reviewed? I heard them announce "The previous replay is under review" during the whole pile/skirmish disaster.
 
the announcers said that 'who caught the ball' is not reviewable, but that was before they said it was under review so who knows
 
To who ever said that regular refs would call that pass interference, you are stupid. They would call one that bad. They won't call inside the pile pushing but that was a shove out of the pile. This is coming from a die hard bears fan...
 
hahah what a fucking joke, i mean it's good to see the packers loose, but really the seahawks didn't deserve to win at all.. if you're a seahawks fan and think that was a fair call you're straight fucked in the heads...

the fact that both refs looked at each other and then through up different signals is just a fucking joke.

i'm not a fan of the packers at all, but man do i feel for them, they got jewed as hard as you possibly can in the nfl..
 
on another note

obviously a different situation, but the regular refs ended up awarding a TD to austin on this play last year. but you see clearly that cromartie has the ball infront of him and all austin has at that point is one hand down there and one on cromartie's hands.

not defending anyone, just goes to show that this was a really unlucky situation to have such a play in this situation where you could possibly call a TD.
 
That was the most horrendous call i have seen in all my years of watching the nfl. Missed the obvious offensive pass interference and then have the balls to call that a touchdown when packers clearly had the ball in hands first. these high school refs are really fucking up bad and it is only week 3. cant wait to see how much worse the season gets with these calls

As a defender, why the fuck are you not trying to swat that ball into the stands? Especially considering that Jennings had both hands on it. You don't even give the Hawks, nor your own team, the chance to come down with a hail mary ball.
 
I am a die hard vikings fan.

The packers got fucked....the refs finally made a call that caused a team to lose. If the NFL doesn't pull their heads out of their ass, something has to happen....if the fans boycott...shit I wouldn't be surprised if teams agreed not to play, its completely stupid...I just enjoy watching the game and to see it end on a bullshit call like that, it's pathetic and a waste of my time.
 
Last call of the game, terrible. PI call that lead to Packers score, terrible. Roughing passer/PI call that let Seahawks drive near end of the game even though they didn't score, terrible. Multiple bad calls lead to those final 2 scores by each team. In my eyes, this game is still 7-6.
 
I was at the game/claim. It was nuts I am a die hard packers fan and my family and I drove 9 hours to watch the game. After the game was crazy and I am soooo pissed.

i was at the game too, luckily im a die hard hawks fan.

seatowns going crazy tonight. my friend has had season tickets for like 12 years and his family never goes to the games. he gives the tics to me every so often.
 
the refs are garbage but these last few games have been the most entertaining games ive ever watched! the ravens/patriots and the seahawks/packers were just awesome. its good old school nothing gets called football and they are just beating each other into the ground.
