Oh I forgot about Romo. I think it's less that people think he is really good and more that people expect the brief flashes of brilliance he shows from time to time all the time. Also when you play QB for the cowboys people automatically think you're better than you really are
 
But really? You were unaware? This is the first year people have really questioned sanchez. Before everyone was just waiting for him to make this leap to being elite. If you watched sportscenter or anything like that last year and the year before all they would talk about is how good sanchez is or how good he will be. This week is actually the first time I've heard someone say that New York needs to stop waiting because he will never be what they hoped him to be
 
sanchez has never been over rated, its been a constant theme that the Jets win inspite of him not because of him. IMO Romo is the most overrated athlete in team sports (I made a thread a while back)

also good to see Tebow choking on a dick. did anyone see that last pass? hahaha he just panics and throws it as hard as he can but theres nobody within 20 yards of the ball.
 
Fuck I want to watch the Tebow game. All I have here is the falcons game and while I like tony gonzalez this game is pretty boring

Aqim Talib just lost that game for the Bucs. And I am totally ok with that.

Also Tebow fail makes me very happy.
 
wow that was ugly for the chargers. the second half was bad in all phases.

idk how many penalties SD had. like 10 offsides, that alone shows that something is missing right now. might be enough for the afc west, but not for more imo. just something is wrong this year.

D plays better imo than last year but the offense is a better one when they pass first, and that is what they had to to last year. mathews and tolbert are great, but the jets are not a good run D right now and they couldnt get anything going.

my personal come on man section:

gregory/hughes missed pick right before nys last TD, come on man...

patrick crayton, serious? two fair catches inside the 5? calling fair catch, then return it and then fumble it? come on man...

rivers? whats up? two deep bombs fucked up on VJAX where he had a step on revis but the ball was placed on the outside rather than inside. come on man...

and rex ryan has to be one of the best coach at second-half adjustements. i am a pats fan too and so often, the jets just outplay their opponents in the second half.

 
anybody watching the packers-vikings game? one of the vikings just sent a bruce lee kick into the man parts of one of the packers.

This. how do they win 11 straight games and then loose 2 in a row? But they can still wildcard to the playoffs even if they loose to the packers evey meeting this season.

I'm blaming our running game. Without Jahvid best, We are going to have a tough time putting winning. We generally use him a lot to catch the D line off guard. When they expect a running play, We pass it thus why Megatron scored a ton in the previous games.
 
i guess it's to be expected. a week ago palmer was stroking his nuts without a care in the world, today he's playing. i think once he gets in his groove he will be able to take advantage of the fucking wheels on the raiders WR's.

Ok, the vikes were feeding Ponder to wolves by having his first career start on a 6-0 Super Bowl team, but damn can that kid throw pretty well. Putting Jenkins to good use.
 
And this upcoming MNF with the chiefs and chargers will be a huge game!!! I remember last years MNF and I hope it goes the same way!! And this year I might try to make it to Arrowhead to go to the Steelers game.
 
How can people rave this much about Tim Tebow!??!?!

He looked mechanically godawful out there. And it too them over time to beat the DOLPHINS. Its not like they had an overtime win over Green Bay, or a team that was good. It was the DOLPHINS. AND THEY BARELY WON.

I'm sorry but Kyle Orton is terrible. That is why he lost a starting job to Rex Grossman and now to Tim Tebow
 
Orton is the exact opposite of Tebow. Puts up good stats but cant get the W. Im all about the W so put fucking Tebow in. Once the coaches opened up the play book to Tebow, thats when he starts to own mother fuckers. Also Tebow is the BEST rushing QB in the league. The guy is .500 in four starts so in Denver that is MUCH better than Ortons record
