8/10 condition, yes the black part is fading, no it's not DEFECTIVE, it's just the way Jiberish made the hoodies that led to the fading. Some pilling, the worst of which is around the zips to the pockets, but this baby has never been washed so the inside is softer than a baby's bottom.
