Official Jiberish August Back To School Drop Thread

I'd like to see some pics and hear some opinions on the roll up shorts. I think they are pretty cool but i'm not sure if they give off the right impression.
 
Nobody should ever spend more than a hundred dollars on fucking jeans. And yes Jiberish is expensive. It's ridiculous. Im not saying that it may not be worth it to have a few pieces but fucking 30 is crazy. Jiberish makes it's money off of telling Tweens that they will only be cool if they wear 5xl sweatshirts like Tom wallisch. They have an amazing marketing talent if they can get a bunch of kids to stay up till 3 in the morning and spend hundreds of there parents dollars on clothes that, in my opinion, have been decreasing in quality for a while.
 
Are they as long as they look or normal length? I kind of like normal to slightly shorter but those shorts do look quite nice.
 
Got my M Chambreezy, its a bit large, other than that it's the shit. But if anyone has a small they want to size up hit me up.
 
haha why the fuck is everybody bitching about what you do with your money? Honestly, does it even fucking matter in the end? This is for talking about a company that just released a dope new line, so lets get back on that subject instead of hopping on the hate train?

haha wow this is the thread for the AUGUST drop and I have not seen any pictures of anything from it...filled with the last drop and recently people arguing about clothing prices and how everyone else spends their money, awesome
 
damn, i just realized that too. They really expanded the line.

That being said I just swung by Lohi and picked up a L Blue Chambreezy this morning and it is siiick, exactly what I was looking to snag for the summer.
 
New Era is making them, at least thats what can be seen in the lookbook. And he asked when the next drop was after snapback drop, which is the August Back to School Drop.
 
Anyone recieve there stuff yet? I'm just wondering on sizing, I'm 5'10" and I'm feeling the XL tees but 32 inches sound big, but I like a longer fit. Fuck this is hard if I'm spending $35 I want to pick the right size.

stop clogging the market with multiple drops. quantity does not come close to quality. first was the winter drop, then the tees, then the summer, now the hats, soon is back to school then finally winter. STOP. please take more time to think out the designs and quality of your product. while this summer drop had some nice designs i feel like there wasnt much originality or any connection to previous designs youve done. the whole nautical theme seemed very unoriginal. look back at the original jiberish and i feel like you could thrive by producing less product but in better qualities. your previous attention to detail was perfect. i remember matching bandanas, the beloved cotton poly fabric and the underarmour windproof fabric. yes, this past winter you offered new materials for jackets like the freshkut but you should revisit alternatives to cotton hoodies. and stop changing your fit. find what works and keep it. no need to keep tweaking.
 
just because clothing is released in multiple drops doesn't mean it is designed in that order, that has nothing to do with the design process. Many brands stagger release dates (I'm thinking most of supreme- a brand that does a release at the same time every week for a certain period) it isn't exclusive to us at all.. The amount of time that goes into thinking about design and the rest of the process is enormous
 
you don't "remember" any of that because you were about 12 when jiberish released that stuff. so shut the fuck and stop spreading your verbal diarrhea all over this thread because you don't know a god damn thing.
 
jibjunkie: shut the fuck up. stop trying to sound like you know what the fuck you are talking about. you are making yourself sound really stupid every time you pretend you know something about jiberish or other streetwear. I dunno, maybe math is your thing, but streetwear sure isn't.
