It was a nice day on the slopes,bluebird all day.it was much softer than I had expected and they have so much snow left.
 
Holy crap plattekill was fucking amazing yesterday. Did two groomer runs and then slated the trees all freaking day. Snow was like butter and fresh tracks were to be had.

I'm headed up to Hunter tomorrow for my first day of the season. If anyone else is up there, I'll be wearing an obnoxious green jacket with a NS sticker on the helmet.
 
Hey man just started a thread for Belleayre/ Jiminy Peak/ Catamount, and me being the dumbass I am didn't see that there was already a thread for Belleayre. Just trying to get more skiers together, It'd be awesome if you could just add Jiminy peak and catamount to the thread and I'll kill the one I made, I already know one other member who skis catamount and has some form of a crew there. Again just trying to bring the NS community a little closer, as it seems people always leave out some of the smaller resorts between bellearye and Mountain creek.
 
I just went to belle on Sunday. It was a great time despite the ice. The crowds there never seem to matter because 85% of the crowds were skiing the only blue squares open. And it was demo day! Trying out new skis was awesome.

Lots of demos got cancelled around here this year. Sucks. Gonna try and head up to Hunter on monday Feb 1 if its a nice day, PM me if anyone wants to meet up!! We all need to get together one day

oh shit feb 1st is a demo day at Hunter? I may hit that up. My K2 recoils are no longer fitting my needs and I can't afford new skis at the moment

I should have broken that into two sentences lol. Hunters demos got cancelled, but I am personally going to Hunter on Feb 1. Sorry for the confusion lol

Going to hunter, I'm skiing solo bc most of my friends went home for break. If anyone wants to meet up and ski together hit me up!
 
Banged out of work on Friday and hit Hunter. Snow got a little heavy but still had an awesome day and great conditions.
